National Farmers Market Week
National Farmers Market Week is a weeklong celebration of the hard work and dedication of our local farmers. Join us in congratulating and honoring their life’s work by celebrating at the Findlay Farmers Market!
Schedule of Events and Programming
Sunday, August 3
8 AM - 2 PM: Plant a Seed
Families will be able to plant a seed to take home and start their own fruit, vegetable or herb plant.
Soil, seeds, and biodegradable planters will be provided!
8 AM - 2 PM: Coffee Filter Butterfly Craft
Craft butterflies out of coffee filter paper, learn about butterflies and their essential role in pollination.
10 AM - 2 PM: Sampling & Display Table - Breezeway
10 AM: Free Produce Coupons (While Supplies Last)
Coupons are good for $5 worth of produce.
Valid at any farmer located in the Farm Shed, at ETC Produce and Provisions, Roth Produce, and Madison’s.
10 AM - 4 PM: Aiken HS FFA Students
10 AM - 2 PM: Urban Soil Health
10 - 11:30 AM: National Farmers Market Week Tasting Tour

Tasting Tour
Celebrate National Farmers Market Week with a tour of Findlay Market and the chance to meet some of our Farm Shed regulars. Beyond a full history tour, you'll be able to taste fresh samples from a a handful of businesses that set up at our weekend Farmers Market in the spring, summer, and fall.
Tickets for this event are $35 and include all samples, drinks, and treats received during the tour. There are only 12 tickets available for each tour.
